DIRECTOR
PROCESS DEVELOPMENT


A Fortune 200, sanitary tissue, personal care and
cleaning products company with sales in the $8 billion
range, we are the world leader in our field. Our market
dominance and continuous success are, in great
measure, due to our strong and unending commitment
to research and development.

We are in need of a Director of Process Development to
lead our research efforts in the area of wet-lay sheet
formation process development. This position reports to
the Vice President of Technology and is responsible for
leading a 20-person department in the development of
new papermaking processes, from bench scale through
pilot plant study.

This position requires a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering,
Chemistry, or other relevant technical discipline, and a
minimum of 10 years’ research in papermaking process
development. Must be thoroughly knowledgeable in the
application of twin-wire sheet forming technology and
have led successful development programs in the
development of novel papermaking processes.

Excellent interpersonal, communications and leadership
skills are also required.
