When we press Start, Plc control a motor. Concurrently
activating a counter (C50), taking the value of Counter as
conditions to control program
Initial idea
Besides, combination of point contacts (So) and timers
provides a stop period (0.3s) after each cord pulling so as
the cutter blade cut the cord.
