Nếu tính từ kết thúc với 1 nguyên âm + 1 phụ âm thì gấp đôi phụ âm cuối rồi thêm “est”.
Examples: big-biggest, fat-fattest, hot-hottest.
Nếu tính từ kết thúc là “e” thì chỉ thêm “st” vào:
Examples: nice – nicest, rare – rarest.

- So sánh hơn và so sánh hơn nhất của trạng từ cũng giống như của tính từ


C. MODAL VERB : MUST and MUSTN’T
Động từ khuyết thiếu là 1 loại động từ đặc biệt chỉ đi kèm và thực hiện chức năng bổ trợ cho động từ
chính, không bao giờ tự đứng một mình như một động từ chính trong câu.
1. Must: phải

Form: S + must + VBARE.
- Diễn đạt sự cần thiết, bắt buộc ở hiện tại hoặc tương lai
- Đưa ra lời khuyên hoặc suy luận mang tính chắc chắn, yêu cầu được nhấn mạnh.
