requirement for environmentally conscious concerning ourselves, but we obligate our
suppliers and contracting parties in the context of possibilities to the adherence of our
environmental standards. By a systematic set of rules and regular examinations we
guarantee the adherence of the relevant legal- as well as official regulations.
We sensitize and strengthen our coworkers to direct responsibility and self
initiative!
By own attention, conscious involvement and careful concerning each co-worker
helps to avoid errors as well as to detect and eliminate the causes of errors as early
as possible. To see to it that our coworkers will be able to meet the demands in this
request, we provide a continuous- and further training as well as an adequate
information- and communication organization.

Apart from the promotion of the quality and environmental awareness of our co-
worker, the optimization of the work surrounding field is a substantial function of our
leadership level.

Co-ordinated procedures as base of the conversion!

security to the production and supply of our products.
In TIGER Coatings all coworkers do agree with written procedures which are required
and monitored by the management system.
