III. Revision of gerund after some verbs( p. 46)
Form: S+ verb + gerund.
Teacher can remind some other verbs:
Mind, finish, suggest, consider, deny, keep on (continue), miss, can't
help, practice, stand (bear)
Practice:
- Get students to do exercise 3 on page 46.
- Have Ss ask and answer questions about each item in the b
- Have students work in pairs to ask and answer questions.
Production:
* Writing: (substitution box)
- Have students write true sentences about their family members, relatives,
friends and themselves.
- Ask students to look at the words in the three boxes on page 46 and use
them as cues.
- Give example.:
My father likes watching sports but my mother doesn't. She loves listening
to music.
- Ask some students to read then write their sentences on BB
