Her favourite sport is badminton and table tenis,
every afternoon, she usually plays sport with

both are lovely. When they stay at home, my
house is in a mess. Sometime they fight each
other and make a lot of noise. We always have

My topic today is Daily routine so I’d like to tell you about my habits or my timetable, It is rule of
us.
I always get up at 5 a.m. After
getting up. I do morning exercises for about
10 minutes. Then I brush my teeth and
wash my face. I have breakfast at 5.30
a.m. Before going to work, I have two or
three cups of tea or a cup of coffee.
I start work at 7 a.m. I usually have
6 periods with 2 or 3 subjects. After each
period I have 5 minutes break to relax. The
morning lessons finish at 11.30 in summer.
I often have lunch at 11.45.
After having lunch, I take a nap for

My full name is Bang Vu Hai,I was born and grew up in THAI NGUYEN city
My topic today is about my job so I’d like to tell you about some reasons that I chose my job.
After leaving high school in 1997, I joined the
army. There are some reasons that I chose joining
the army, at that time because:
firstly, I already want to become an officer in the
Army. My father and Grandfather were soldiers, too.
I was proud of them very much. I also liked wearing
soldier’s uniform, I wanted to be an officer like
them.
Secondly, My family wasn’t very rich, My
mother was a teacher. My parents didn’t have a lot
of money, so when I joined the army, my parents
didn’t have to pay money for my study.
After six years studying in the army university I
became an officer and at first I worked as a platoon
commander ( chi huy trung doi) in 2003. It was very
hard work because I had to stay in my unit most of
my time, I didn’t have much free time for my
family. And now I have been a teacher for 4 years.
Being a teacher, I need to have widen knowledge
about my job. So I have to have master degree and
the first I have to try to pass the exam and become a
master student.
One of the most difficult subjects is English. We
have learnt English for 6 months but speaking skill
and litsenning skill isnot very good. But I will try

My topic today is capital city so I’d like to tell you about our HANOIcapital
HANOI is the capital of the socialist
republic of VIET NAM. The center of culture,
politic, economy of the country.
It’s the largest city in VIET NAM, it lies on
the red River in the north center of Viet Nam.
And it has a population about over 6 million
people(as 2008) HANOI has become the capital of
VN since 1010. Its name has changed several times.
The capital was first called Thang Long, then Dong
Do , Dong Kinh, and finally, it has been called
HANOI since 1831
HANOI is sitnated in a tropical monsoon
zone with two main seasons; dry season and wet
season. The dry season last from October to April
next year. It’s cold, cloudy and occasionally rainy.
The wet season last from May to September. It’s hot
and heavy rain, even storms
HANOI is exciting and peaceful capital.
Hanoi still maintains many ancient architecture.

Ha Noi has a lot of green trees, parks, lakes,
Which are lungs of the city, keep the air clean and
fresh.
However, Ha Noi has problems with traffic
and polution. Only over 6 million people but there
are 4.5 million motorbike and car. Traffic jams
occur. There’s a lot of smoke and dust in the air. So
the air isn’t really clean. Moreover the price and
service is a bit expensive, so many people don’t like
living here.
Apart from these problems. Hanoi is still a
beautifull place to live and to work and I like living
here.

Television is very important for our lives so most families have televisions. It
provides(cung cap) us with information and entertainment.
What would you do after a hard day at school or at work and you want to entertaining. It
simple, just turn on your TV. Music channel, comedy channel or cartoon channel is your choice,
just pick a channel. And not only entertaining, TV can also help you update the news from all
over the world in the end of the day
We stay at home and know what is happens all over the world. You can watch you
favourite programs and game shows you like. Someone spends 3 or 4 hours sitting in front of
television.
However, if you watch TV too much, it is bad for health especial for your eyes. Children
sometimes can’t study because of TV.
There are too much advertisements on television which makes us tired. Anyway, TV is a
wonderful invention (phat minh). It is a cheapest kind of entertainment for everybody.
