LỚP CHỨNG CHỈ QUỐC TẾ”

1. Sự cần thiết, mục đích của việc thực hiện sáng kiến:
Trong những năm gần đây, Tiếng anh đang đóng một vai trò quan trọng trong
xã hội hiện đại ngày nay. Tiếng anh được giảng dạy ở mọi cấp từ giáo dục phổ
thông đến sau Đại học. Trong năm 2008, Bộ Giáo dục - Đào đưa ra quyết định số
66/2008/QĐ-BGDĐT về Chương trình Tiếng anh thực hành hệ Giáo dục thường
xuyên nhằm hình thành và phát triển ở học viên những kiến thức và kĩ năng về
tiếng Anh theo tiêu chuẩn Châu Âu (chuẩn CEF).
Với cương vị là một giáo viên giảng dạy Tiếng anh tại Trung tâm Giáo dục
thường xuyên tỉnh Cà Mau, tôi nhận thấy việc đưa ra các chương trình phù hợp cho
cán bộ công chức, viên chức và nhân dân trong tỉnh tiếp cận với chuẩn Tiếng Anh
quốc tế CEF là điều cần thiết. Trong phần nghiên cứu này tôi đưa ra hai chương
trình: Anh văn thanh thiếu niên (KET) và IELTS.
2. Phạm vi triển khai thực hiện:
Các chương trình này được sử dụng trong phạm vi rộng rãi cho các lớp học
chứng chỉ Anh văn, các lớp Kỹ thuật viên tại Trung tâm Giáo dục thường xuyên
tỉnh Cà Mau, các lớp Đại học liên kết và ngoài xã hội.

3. Mô tả sáng kiến:
Dựa trên chương trình khung của Bộ Giáo dục và Đào tạo số 66/2008/QĐ-
BGDĐT, tôi đã thiết kế chương trình cho các cấp độ, trong đó định hướng rõ ràng
nội dung cần phải dạy, phải học theo từng giai đoạn cụ thể.
