Some educationists hold the view that studying in groups is better for
students while others believe that studying alone is better. This essay shall

There are many benefits of studying in groups. To begin with, when you
work with other students you are able to share your ideas and experiences,

online could be a great satisfaction for a senior citizen. Once they are
introduced with the advantages of the new technology like mobile phone,
computer or Internet, they will not fear the technological devices.
Nevertheless, interests towards learning new thing, especially technology
related skills, decline as our age advances. This can be tackled by
motivation and support from the youngsters. For instance the
grandchildren can teach the grandfather and grandmother how to operate
a mobile phone or surf the Internet. In addition, mobile phones should be
manufactured keeping those old people in mind. Large display with larger


font, voice navigation, and ease of use could be some vital factors to
motivate old people to use cell phones. Instead of international language
like English, local or regional languages should also be incorporated in the
cell phone and websites so that the elderly people can follow the instruction
independently. Last but not the least family members’ inspiration and
supports can be two great factors to encourage old people to take
advantages of technological devices like cell phones and Internets. Old
people do not need to know how to built a website, rather they should be
taught how to browse a website and introducing them the positive and

net which they can’t otherwise visit because of failing health. They can also
do net-banking, online shopping and also book their rail tickets and air
tickets online.
There are a lot of ways to motivate the elderly to use these equipments.
Firstly, they can be made aware of the various ways such things can help
them. The government and NGOs can open free training centres to appraise
them with this technology. Grandchildren can teach their grandparents

To decide which subject is the most important and which is the least
important

task. Each and every subject has its own importance which cannot be under
estimated

I have to choose one I would choose physical education as the most

several countries adopt the education system which orientates the students
in a specific profession, I believe that the teenagers should have access to a
comprehensive learning programme with a wide range of subjects.
To begin with, a learning programme providing knowledge of a major
subject is beneficial in some ways. Being exposed to expertise and skills
required by a certain speciality at the young age, the students would stand
a great chance to not only have a well-defined career path, but also become
competent workers in their later life. For example, with students having

school that can realise the dream. In addition, current society of
specialization tends to favour employees with a good grounding in a single

particular area. Therefore, it is absurd to say that such career-driven

their self-confidence or communication skills will be boosted significantly.
It has been found that secondary students nowadays are feeling more
stressed and overwhelmed than ever before, and the reason to explain this
is quite self-explanatory. Many children today consider their schools prisons
and their teachers correctional officers who would not stop giving them dull


assignments to complete. When the inspiration to study is almost nonexistent, it is understandably difficult for the students to keep a good
performance at school. Consequently, the quality of education, on the whole,
will go downhill.
To conclude, I hold the firm belief that the schools should focus on a small
choice of practical subjects so that the lives of secondary students should
not be fettered down by any undue responsibility

and elementary language learning. Computer can be programmed to

focus only on academic curriculum whereas computers, through internet,
develop

awareness about the various global issues such as terrorism, drug

warming etc and thus broaden our field of knowledge. Computers also
enable

us

to

within the range of any teacher around the world. Furthermore, being


human

with

teacher is the quality time. A computer can efficiently check the answers but

process huge amount of data per second and thus can be more helpful to
students while conducting research work or in scientific experiments. They
are also more important while evaluating a student’s performance. Finally
computers can be better equipped with recorded lectures and could be
more helpful to students than their teachers.


On the contrary, teachers are still considered as the backbone of our
education system. Computers might handle a large amount of data, assess
our exam papers more accurately or connect us to the world, but they
cannot teach us discipline, morality or value of time. Thus a teacher not

is just a machine so it only transmits what it is programed. It can tell
learners true and false things but it cannot explain them clearly like
teachers. Thus, teachers play indispensable role in teaching social sciences
and humanities issues.
In modern days, computer is a fantastic machine but it cannot replace
teacher.To develop education better and better, people have to realise the
advantages of computers and teachers. Computer is an important part but
it is not a determinable part in education.
The world of work is changing rapidly. Working conditions today are
not the same as before and people no longer rely on taking one job
for life.
