Nam is my friend. He is studying English in London because he needs English for her job.
He works for a bank in Hanoi. He learned English at school and university, too. He has forgotten a
lot of it. He wants to improve his listening skill. His listening is terrible. This is his biggest
problem. People talk very quickly and he can’t understand them. He likes studying English well.
He hopes that he can talk to people from all over the world and understand the words of his
favorite songs.
