Market Capitalism
Competitive market capitalism contains two major decision-marketing units whose
actions are coordinated exchange.

The first is the business firm, which buys resources from households and
transforms resources inputs into outputs of products and services that it sell to
households.

The second is the household, which owns and sells resources to firms and

The two kinds of market relations, as well as the two basic units of economic
decisions -making, are interdependent. The demand for resource inputs is derived
from the demand for final products because firms produce to sell (at a profit) to
consumers. Resource inputs, in turn, are required to create output.

Consumers obtain income through the sale or loan of their resources to firms, who
in turn organize and coordinate factors of production to produce outputs from these
inputs.

Competitive market capitalism is based on some basic assumptions. One
assumption is that both firms and households desire to maximize their economic

What is true of the markets for consumer goods is also true of markets for factors
of production. remember that a factor of production is an input into the productive
process - one of the classical triad of land, labor, and capital.

higher interest rates because of the high demand for money. these high rates can
make it too expensive for the private sector to borrow money.
Khi một sự thâm hụt ngân quỹ đực đền bù nhờ việc tăng các khoản vay
trong nước hoặc qua việc tăng thuế, nếu không cắt giảm chi tiêu, chính phủ
sẽ phải in thêm tiền để đền bù những khoản thâm hụt họ gây ra, dó đó,
không thể tránh khỏi lạm phát.
Government deficits must be brought down with cuts in spending, or though higher
taxes. If spending cuts are not made,government eventually have to print money to
finance their deficit,making inflation unavoidable.
Thâm hụt ngân sách phải được giảm bởi sự cắt giảm chi tiêu hoặc tăng
thuế. Nếu việc cắt giảm chi tiêu ko được thực hiện , cuối cùng chính phủ
phải in tiền để bù đắp thâm hụt, nhưng lạm phát là điều không tránh khỏi.
