Miêu tả:This study was conducted to investigate difficulties faced by 11th form students at Cẩm Thủy II Secondary School in learning English listening skill. The subjects of the study were students in 11th form at Cẩm Thủy II Secondary School. The study used questionnaire and interviews for the collection of quick, valid, and update data from the respondents. The study found out that the students in 11th form at Cẩm Thủy II Secondary School often encountered listening problems whenever they were engaged in listening activities on the listening lessons. The study discovered some main factors that caused the students difficulties in learning the listening skill, such as listening materials used in the course and the students’ lack of vocabulary, grammar. Besides, inconvenience of the listening environment where the listening lessons took place was also a main problem. Some learners could not also keep up with the speed of the tape and they were not acquainted with the pronunciation in the tapes. From the findings, some suggestions were given to Giúp the students overcome these problems
