The phylogenetic tree was perfofmed by alignment of the nucleotide sequences of the 16SrRNA gene framents of different Pseudomonas putida and Pseudomonas aeruginosa strains of different countries. The results showed that Pseudomonas putida strain isolated in Vietnam was significantly different in compare with the other strains. However, it was more close to the other than the strain isolated in Italy.
