1. Scope of Works/Phạm vi công việc:
- This method statement covers work related to provide guideline for the implementation of quality
assurance on Equipment plumbing system Installation work to ensure conformance to the contractual
requirement, statutory laws and regulations, and to the approved shop drawings.
Biện pháp này bao gồm các công tác liên quan đến việc hướng dẫn công việc lắp đặt để đảm bảo
chất lượng của thiết bị hệ thống cấp thoát nước nhằm tuân theo các yêu cầu, luật và quy định và các
bản vẽ đã được phê duyệt.

3.2 Preparation/ Công tác chuẩn bị
- Task launch meeting will be held by Engineer in charge of the works with all the staff concerned by
this activity to explain and remind for the Method Statement (MS), Inspection & Testing Plan
(ITP), Safety.
Các kỹ sư được đảm nhiệm sẽ tổ chức cuộc họp đầu ngày cho tất cả các nhân viên có liên quan đến
các cong việc trên để trình bày và nhắc nhở vè các BPTC, công tác nghiệm thu và kế hoạch kiểm
tra, an toàn.
- All materials for works mention above are brought to the site and inspected by authorized person
before carried out.
Tất cả các vật tư phục vụ cho các công việc nói trên được mang đến công trường và được kiểm tra
và nghiệm thu trước khi triển khai công việc.
3.3 Sequence of work/ Quy trình công việc
3.3.1

Preparation of Work for Site Fabrication/ Việc chuẩn bị cho công tác gia công tại công trường
- Preparation work shall be carried out by workers.
Công tác chuẩn bị sẽ được các công nhân thực hiện.
- Before the site fabrication starts, it is necessary to coordinate with consultant on the system
installation works.
Trước khi triển khai gia công tại công trường cần liên lạc với Tư vấn về công việc lắp đặt.

Đo từ mặt tường đã trát đến tim ống thoát nước PVC.

Đánh dấu và gắn bích vào tường
 Apply adhesive for PVC to the outer surface of flange inserting part (outer surface of the adapter
for SWP pipe) and inset it in to the PVC drain pipe up to the hilt. Align the projection of the wall
flange to the Toilet Bowl center line.
Bôi keo vào mặt ngoài của phần liên kết của mặt bích (mặt ngoài của khớp mối với ống thoát) và
bên trong của ống thoát PVC đến khi đầy đủ. Điều chỉnh đoạn nhô ra của bích vào tâm của chậu xí.
 Clean up the surface of wall and floor.
Lau chùi sạch tường và sàn.
 Insert the bolts to the sides of the wall flange.
Lắp mặt chậu xí vào bích trên tường.
 Apply the P-seal (wax) supplied with the wall flange to the drain port of toilet bowl side and
connect it to the wall flange.
Bôi sáp vào bích và công thoát của chậu xí và gắn chúng vào nhau.
 Fix the wall flange to the wall by screws firmly.
Bắt chặt bích vào tường bằng vít.

 Fix the SUS box: Put the box in the chipped wall and position it exactly. At this time fix the box
with lines so that it becomes horizontal.

 Mark the position of fixing hole while aligning it with the centerline of the pipe based on the
drain socket mounting position (See the figure below).
Đánh dấu lỗ lắp khi định vị tim ống căn cứ trên vị trí miệng xả

Cut off the PVC and Mark the position
Cắt ống PVC và đánh dấu
 Apply adhesive for PVC around the drain socket inserting part (around and inner surface of the
adapter when adapter is used for WSP pipe) and press the drain socket into the PVC drain pipe. Be
sure to align the center indication line of the drain socket with the centerline of the wall.
Quét keo xung quanh phần miệng nối (xung quanh bên trong và bên ngoài khớp nối khi được sử
dụng cho ống nước thải) và gắn vào ống thoát PVC. Đảm bảo tâm của họng xả phải trùng với tim
tường.

surface.

 Fix the four adjusting bolts in the sensor base as shown below.
Gắn 4 bulong có thể điều chỉnh được vào khung của cảm ứng như hình bên dưới.
 Set the sensor base plate in the opening on the wall. At this time adjust the sensor base plate so
that the adjusting bolts get into the holes in the mounting plate.
Đặt bản khung của cảm ứng vào tường đã đục và điều chỉnh bulong.

 Check the wiring and piping to see if they are correct. Then supply the flush valve with power
and water and check it to see if it operates correctly when the urinal is normally used. Check also
each part for water leak.
