I. SITUATION :
1.Advantages :
a)Teacher :
-Graduating college of pedagogy specializing on English.
-Self-enriching to improve professional knowlegde and learning experience from the colleagues.
-Having much knowledge and plentiful and good methods.
-Attending the class of workshops on English language teaching.
-Loving teaching and cherishing children .
-Being concerned by The Board of School Management and foreign language group.
b)Students :
-Locating in the same hamlet.So students have good chance in practising in their pairs / groups
as well as solving problem together in their studies .
-Having studied English since they were pupils of elementary school.
-Having enough textbooks.
-Being fond of English very much.
-Being concerned by their parents for their studies.
2.Disadvantages :
-Some of students lose basic foundation on English from elementary school.
-Being lack of the necessary equipments and tools for teaching and learning.
-Obtaining for students’knowledge is not equal.
-Locating in the rural area, students have local sounds.Therefore, they have a lot of difficulties in

- Adjective + that clause.
- Conditional sentences: type 1/ type 2.
- Connectives: and , but, because, or, so therefore, however.
- Phrasal verbs.
- Suggest + verb-ing / suggest ( that) + S + should.
- Relative clauses.
- Relative pronouns.

- Politeness.
- Love on teachers, friends, neighbors, country and science.

IV.MEASURES
1.Teacher:
- Having good designs for a teaching period: lesson plan, pictures, extra-board, real things,
cassette recorder, …
- Having many good methods which are suitable with every level of students’ ability.
- Making all the students participate: pair works, group works, individual work.
2.Students:
- Learning their lessons by heart and finishing their homework before going to school (100 % of
students)
- Having necessary and sufficient equipments of studying: textbooks, workbooks, notebooks,
rulers, reference books, ...
- Doing tests by themselves on examination.
