2 passive: This house hasnt been done some repairs since it was built. = No one has done any repairs to this house since people built it.

Example: - It is said that he is 120 years old = He is said to be 120 years old <= people say that he is 120 years old.
- It is expected that the strike will end soon =The strike is expected to end soon.
It is said/ believed/ reported/ expected/ that S + V-ed/ V2/ ..= S + is said + To HAVE DONE (V3) .
Example: - It is said that he said he kicked a policeman = He is said to have kicked a policeman.
It is said/ believed/ reported/ expected/ that S + be V-ing (continuous) ..= S + is said + To BE V-ing .
