Cách dùng

Khẳng định
Trong dạng khẳng định, thêm 's' vào sau động từ nguyên thể đối với ngôi thứ 3 số ít. Nếu
động từ kết thúc bằng -y , trước đó là phụ âm thì biến -y thành -ies.

He, She, It -> works well in any situation.
Phủ định
Thêm trợ động từ 'do' not (don't và doesn't) vào câu để tạo thành dạng phủ định
I, You, We, They -> don't enjoy opera.
He, She, It -> doesn't belong to the club.

Thêm trợ động từ 'do' (do hoặc does) vào để tạo thành dạng câu hỏi.
