Như các bạn đã biết thì Công cụ phái sinh (derivatives
instruments) hiện nay đang được sử dụng như 1 công cụ để quản
lý rủi ro rất phổ biến trên thế giới. Thị trường các công cụ phái
sinh đã nở rộ trên thế giới trong 1 vài năm gần đây. Vậy các nhà
đầu tư tài chính xếp hạng các tổ chức cung cấp Công cụ phái sinh
như thế nào ?
