The main aim of the thesis is to evaluate the content validity of the final achievement test for second year non major students at Phuong Dong University. In order to achieve this aim, the thesis uses both qualitative and quantitative methods. The findings show that the content validity of the final achievement test is satisfactory. Therefore, some suggestions for test-designers are made to improve the content validity. First, they should write some suggestions in the writing part and add some relevant grammar structures in the test. Second, test designers should prepare a paper test specification grid because it is basic step to design a valid final achievement test
