With an endeavor to have a grasp of the impacts of Career Exploration project which has been designed for freshmen at University of Languages and International Studies, the researcher conducted an evaluation based on the self-report of the changes in attitudes and knowledge of three students participating in the project. The approach of case study provided a deep investigation into students’ changes. The results showed that there were certain positive changes in students’ attitudes and knowledge after they accomplished the project; different findings related to each case were also found and discussed. Specifically, discussion on why an attitude or a piece of knowledge was acquired/ developed by this case but was not acquired/ developed by the other was provided. Considerations in respect of project implementation and monitoring were also integrated
