 Model sentences:
Form: Verb + ing  Present participle
Use: A present participle can be used as an
adj to qualify a noun.

Cụm danh từ( hiện tại phân từ và quá khứ
phân từ) thường đứng sau danh từ, nó có
chức năng bổ nghĩa cho danh từ đứng
trước nó.

Thì quá khứ tiếp diễn tả hành động diễn
ra liên tục trong quá khứ và thường có
một hành động ngắn khác cắt ngang

+ Viết các thành phần còn lại( bỏ dấu
trích dẫn)
UNIT 14
1/ Chuyển câu trực tiếp sang gián tiếp đối
với câu hỏi:
Eg:

Form : S + verb. to infinitive verb
Use: Most of the verbs in English
are followed by a to inf
Đa số ta dùng một động từ nguyên
mẫu sau một động từ chính: want,
dicide, ask…
2. She enjoys swimming very much
Form: S + V(đt chính) + Ving
Sau các động từ: enjoy,start/
stop/begin/finish ….ta dùng động
từ V+ing
3. Sau động từ khiếm khuyết ta phải
dùng dộng từ nguyên mẫu không
“to”

4. Form: S + Model verb + Bare inf
Model verbs: can, could, may, will,
should, might, must
S+ may/can + VO + ….

1/ Câu bị động( tiếp theo)
Câu bị động với thì quá khứ đơn
Cấu trúc:
S + was / were + V3/ed
- Các bước chuyển câu chủ động
sang câu bị động:
+ Xác định các thành phần trong câu
+Chuyển Tân ngữ ra làm Chủ từ mới
+ Chia động từ “to be” theo thể, theo thì và
theo ngôi của chủ từ mới
+ Chia động từ chính ở dạng V3/ed( p.p)
+ Chuyển chủ từ là Tân ngữ mới( viết sau
“by”, viết các thành phần phụ( cụm từ chỉ
thời gian….(nếu có)
Ex: a/ The letter was written by Miss Lien
b/ The fascimile was ininvented by
Alexander Bain in 1843( thời gian trong
quá khứ)
