The Present Perfect Continuous has two parts: The Present Perfect of the verb 'to
be' (have/has been) and the Present Participle of the main verb (V-ing). See
examples below.
S + have/has + been + V-ing
I have been learning English.
He has been swimming well.
They have been watching TV.
S + have/has not+ been + V-ing
I haven't been learning English.
He hasn't been swimming well.
They have not been watching TV.
Have/Has + S + been + V-ing?
Have you been learning English?
Has he been swimming well?
Have they been watching TV?

The Present Perfect continuous refers to an unspecified time between 'before now'
and 'now'. The speaker is thinking about something that started but perhaps did not
finish in that period of time. He/she is interested in the process as well as the
result, and this process may still be going on, or may have just finished.
