1. Scope of Works/Phạm vi công việc:
- This method statement covers work related to provide guideline for the implementation of quality
assurance on Equipment plumbing system Installation work to ensure conformance to the contractual
requirement, statutory laws and regulations, and to the approved shop drawings.
Biện pháp này bao gồm các công tác liên quan đến việc hướng dẫn công việc lắp đặt để đảm bảo
chất lượng của thiết bị hệ thống cấp thoát nước nhằm tuân theo các yêu cầu, luật và quy định và các
bản vẽ đã được phê duyệt.

3.2 Preparation/ Công tác chuẩn bị
- Task launch meeting will be held by Engineer in charge of the works with all the staff concerned by
this activity to explain and remind for the Method Statement (MS), Inspection & Testing Plan
(ITP), Safety.
Các kỹ sư được đảm nhiệm sẽ tổ chức cuộc họp đầu ngày cho tất cả các nhân viên có liên quan đến
các cong việc trên để trình bày và nhắc nhở vè các BPTC, công tác nghiệm thu và kế hoạch kiểm
tra, an toàn.
- All materials for works mention above are brought to the site and inspected by authorized person
before carried out.
Tất cả các vật tư phục vụ cho các công việc nói trên được mang đến công trường và được kiểm tra
và nghiệm thu trước khi triển khai công việc.
3.3 Sequence of work/ Quy trình công việc
3.3.1

Preparation of Work for Site Fabrication/ Việc chuẩn bị cho công tác gia công tại công trường
- Preparation work shall be carried out by workers.
Công tác chuẩn bị sẽ được các công nhân thực hiện.
- Before the site fabrication starts, it is necessary to coordinate with consultant on the system
installation works.
Trước khi triển khai gia công tại công trường cần liên lạc với Tư vấn về công việc lắp đặt.
- Marking at site by the site supervisor.
Các giám sát sẽ lấy dấu.
- Ensure position is ready in place with the correct dimension. The height and location to be installed
at exact location as per approved shop drawing.
Đảm bảo các vị trí đã đánh dấu là đúng và kích thước chính xác. Độ cao và vị trí để lắp đặt phải
chính xác như trên bản vẽ thi công.
- All equipments, plants, tools…etc shall be check and they are in good condition, during the
installation. No damage should be allow and any equipment.
Tất cả các thiết bị, dụng cụ, công cụ…sẽ được kiểm tra và phải trong điều kiên tốt trong suốt quá
trình lắp đặt. Các hư hại sẽ không được chấp nhận.

 Secure the distance from the critical installation level (CL) line at the side of the vacuum breaker
to the brim of the toilet bowl.
Đảm bảo khoảng cách từ mức giới hạn lắp đặt của mặt của nút chặn khí đến miệng của chậu xí.

 Cleaning inside water supply pipe:
Lau sạch bên trong đường ống cấp nước.
 Supply water will connect with in way of tank & lush

 Water leakage test by flushing of Flush Valve.

Step 4: Toilet Bowl Installation/ Lắp đặt chậu xí
 Fix the Toilet Bowl to the wall by 2nos of bolts
Treo chậu xí vào tường bằng 2 ty thép.
 After finished, clean up for installation of the flush valve
Gắn xong, lau chùi sạch sẽ để lắp van xả.

Install sensor box/ Lắp hộp cảm ứng
 Install and connect the water supply pipe.
Lắp đặt và kết nối với ống cấp nước
 Wash away dirt, sand, etc. completely from the inlet pipe line and then connect the pipe to the
inlet pipe joint.
Lau chùi sạch sẽ bụi, cát…đường ống nước vào và gắn mối nối.
 Fix the inlet pipe joint completely. At this time fix align and of the outlet pipe joint with the
outlet pipe holed. Then screw the elbow (1/2”) into the outlet pipe Joint

 Check the (horizontal) level of the drain socket top face. If it is inclined, the urinal may not be
installed correctly.
Kiểm tra độ thẳng đứng của họng thu. Nếu nó bị nghiệng thì âu tiểu có thể bị lắp sai.
 Fix the drain socket body at 4 positions by tapping screws.

Nếu nối trực tiếp thì có thể bị rò rỉ nước.
 When connecting the washing pipe to the urinal cut the pipe leaving 10-15mm margin for
insertion after on-site matching.
Khi gắn ống xả với âu tiểu thì cắt khoảng 10-15 mm ở mép để chèn sau khi làm khít.
 If the washing pipe has too small margin for insertion, water may leak.
Nếu ống mép ống xả quá nhỏ để chèn thì có thể bị rò nước.
 Cut off the shaded portion (A) of the wash pipe.

Cắt bớt phần ống bị che của ống xả.
 Tighten the cap nut (lower) while fixing the spout by means of a tool. Otherwise, the spud will be
turned together and water splash or poor washing may be caused.
Vặn chặt ốc mũ (bên dưới) khi gắn ống tháo nước. Mặt khác, đai ốc định vị cũng được vặn chung
và cũng là nguyên nhân của việc nước bắn tóa lên hay nước yếu.
 Mount the cover so that there should be no clearance between the cover lower end and ceramic
surface.
Lắp nắp đậy để không có khe hở giữa nắp đậy và mặt gốm.

Note/ Chú ý
o If the sensor base plate warps the cover with an infrared sensor will become loose or the flush
valve will be damaged. Use care to install the sensor base plate in the correct direction.
Nếu bản cảm biến bị che bởi nắp đậy thì đầu cảm ứng hồng ngoại sẽ giảm hiệu quả hoặc van xả
sẽ bị hư hỏng. Lắp đặt bản cảm ứng cẩn thận theo hướng dẫn.
 Connect the wire harness: Connect the solenoid valve wire harness with the infrared sensor.
Lắp bộ dây điện an toàn: nối dây điện với đầu cảm ứng hồng ngoại.

 Check the wiring and piping to see if they are correct. Then supply the flush valve with power
and water and check it to see if it operates correctly when the urinal is normally used. Check also
each part for water leak.
