STANDARD MEASURES

Statement of the Standard Measures

Standard Measures are required to track effectiveness of the Organization Pillar implementation. The
minimum required measures for all sites/organizations implementing Organization Pillar are:

• # of people owning a system
• IKEA rating score of 8.0
• % productivity improvement Intent of the Standard Measures

Standard measures are required to ensure the effectiveness of the organization capability.

Behavioral Objectives

These measures should be viewed as in-process and output measures. Leaders should use these to
guide their planning and assessment of pillar activities.
