PHẦN I: MỞ ĐẦU
I. MỤC ĐÍCH
Cùng với xu thế hội nhập toàn cầu và giao lưu văn hoá giữa các nước như hiện nay,
sự gia tăng về nhu cầu học ngoại ngữ là điều không thể tránh khỏi. Được xem là ngôn ngữ
chung trên thế giới, từ lâu tiếng Anh đã trở nên vô cùng phổ biến và là ngôn ngữ thứ hai của
rất nhiều quốc gia trên thế giới nói chung, ở Việt Nam nói riêng. Do đó, có thể khẳng định
rằng việc dạy và học môn tiếng Anh chiếm vị trí rất quan trọng trong công tác giáo dục và
đào tạo ở nước ta. Chính vì ý thức được tầm quan trọng cùng với sự tác động to lớn của
tiếng Anh đối với sự phát triển to lớn của xã hội. Nhà nước cũng như Ngành Giáo Dục đã
đề ra các chính sách khuyến khích học tập, phổ biến chương trình dạy tiếng Anh đến các
bậc học và gần đây là cả ở bậc tiểu học. Như chúng ta biết, văn hóa mỗi nước mỗi khác
nhau và được thể hiện qua ngôn ngữ. Nếu ta không học cách nói chuyện của người Anh thì
khi giao tiếp ta có xu hướng dùng văn hóa Việt để suy ra ý nghĩa của câu nói. Ví dụ: Khi ai
mời ta ăn, uống món gì thì người Việt mình thường nói " vâng, cám ơn" nhưng người Anh
không nó "yes, thank you" mà lại nói "yes, please" . Cho nên khi không biết điều này thì
khi làm bài các em học sinh phải chọn lựa các đáp án thì dễ bị sai. Hiện nay, những câu hỏi
về chức năng giao tiếp chiếm một phần tương đối trong đề thi vào Đại học, Cao đẳng nhưng
các em không dễ dàng tìm thấy nội dung kiến thức này trong các sách luyện thi hay các sách

I. NHỮNG ĐÁNH GIÁ CƠ BẢN VỀ CHUYÊN ĐỀ
Theo đánh giá chủ quan của người viết chuyên đề thì chuyên đề đã đạt được những
tiêu chí sau:
+ Về nội dung: Đề tài đã tập trung nghiên cứu và thục hiện gắn với một trong những yêu
cầu đổi mới nội dung, phương pháp giảng dạy bôn môn và phương pháp kiểm tra đánh giá.
Những đổi mới này phù hợp với yêu cầu đổi mới của ngành và đáp ứng được yêu cầu của
thực tế là học để thực hành và học để thi.
+ Về ý nghĩa: Đề tài được thực hiện tạo nên một hướng mới trong công tác giảng dạy ngoại
ngữ nói chung và trong việc dạy giao tiếp nói riêng. Đó là các nguyên tắc trong dạy và học
ngoại ngữ: học phải gắn liền với thực hành, học là phải luyện tập thường xuyên.
+ Về hiệu quả: Quá trình thực hiện chuyên đề cho thấy đề tài khá cập nhật với mong muốn
của học sinh. Chuyên đề là một phần khái quát về những kiến thức mà học sinh thiếu, lại
không dễ dàng tìm được. Đề tài này có thể áp dụng với nhiều đối tượng học sinh khác nhau
và ở những trường khác nhau.
Tuy nhiên chuyên đề này vẫn không tránh khỏi còn nhiều sai sót trong quá trình thực
