ABSTRACT
In this article, the author emphasizes the necessity of training Law, especially business laws in
the context of integrating into regional and world economy in Vietnam. By differentiating
branches of business laws and commercial laws from economic laws in legal science, the author
initiates a sketch of training program for Bachelor of Law in Saigon University.
