1. Scope of Works/Phạm vi công việc:
- This method statement covers work related to provide guideline for the implementation of quality
assurance on Plumbing & Sanitary Installation work to ensure conformance to the contractual
requirement, statutory laws and regulations, and to the approved shop drawings.
Biện pháp này bao gồm các công tác liên quan đến việc hướng dẫn công việc lắp đặt để đảm bảo
chất lượng của hệ thống đường ống và các thiết bị vệ sinh nhằm tuân theo các yêu cầu, luật và quy
định và các bản vẽ đã được phê duyệt.

Marking and fixing the wall flange to the wall
Đánh dấu và gắn bích vào tường


Apply adhesive for PVC to the outer surface of flange inserting part (outer
surface of the adapter for SWP pipe) and inset it in to the PVC drain pipe up to
the hilt. Align the projection of the wall flange to the Toilet Bowl center line.
Bôi keo vào mặt ngoài của phần liên kết của mặt bích (mặt ngoài của khớp mối
với ống thoát) và bên trong của ống thoát PVC đến khi đầy đủ. Điều chỉnh đoạn
nhô ra của bích vào tâm của chậu xí.



Clean up the surface of wall and floor.
Lau chùi sạch tường và sàn.





After finished, clean up for installation of the flush valve
Gắn xong, lau chùi sạch sẽ để lắp van xả.

Fixing The Toilet Bowl To The Wall

b) Installation of Flush Valve/ Lắp đặt van xả
Before Installation/ Trước khi lắp

Mount the flush valve body pale wise so that the washing water volume adjusting
screw comes to the upside. If mounted crosswise, it may not normally function.
Chân van xả phải thẳng đứng do đó vít của nút điều chỉnh lượng nước phải được
vặn từ trên xuống. Nếu chân vặn bị lệch thì nó sẽ không hoạt động bình thường.



Secure the distance from the critical installation level (CL) line at the side of the
vacuum breaker to the brim of the toilet bowl.
Đảm bảo khoảng cách từ mức giới hạn lắp đặt của mặt của nút chặn khí đến
miệng của chậu xí.

Mount the vacuum breaker to the flush valve body.

Fit the cap nut, slip washer and packing of the vacuum breaker to the
attached drain pipe and tighten them by cap nut.

Cut off the PVC and Mark the position
Cắt ống PVC và đánh dấu

Apply adhesive for PVC around the drain socket inserting part (around and inner
surface of the adapter when adapter is used for WSP pipe) and press the drain
socket into the PVC drain pipe. Be sure to align the center indication line of the
drain socket with the centerline of the wall.
Quét keo xung quanh phần miệng nối (xung quanh bên trong và bên ngoài khớp
nối khi được sử dụng cho ống nước thải) và gắn vào ống thoát PVC. Đảm bảo
tâm của họng xả phải trùng với tim tường.



Note that it can not be readjusted in position once fixed with adhesive.
Chú ý không thể gắn lại ở các mối nối đã được gắn một lần.



If there is looseness between the drain socket body and the PVC drain pipe,
application of general adhesive may cause water leakage. It that case, be sure to
