the bus could start again. At last, we arrived home late in the evening.

I’d like to express my concern about the increasing number of karaoke bars in
the city. There are a lot of reasons why I object to these places. Firstly, the owners
take much money from those who come to sing. Secondly, they cause much noise to
the neighborhood. Thirdly, there are a number of publics playing truant and just
going to these places to sing. Last but not least, these bars do harm to the appearance
of the city because of their too ugly flashing lights. I want to say that I am not an
old-fashioned person. I hope the authority will take the matter in to careful
consideration. I do not mean to ban them but there should be an effective way to
control this kind of entertainment places. I look forward to seeing what the city
council do to this matter.
