a. General knowledge: By the end of the lesson, Sts will be able to know a day in the life
of Mr Vy and Mrs Tuyet through answering the questions and completing the table
b. New words and phrases: lead the buffalo to the field, plough, harrow, repair the
banks…

I. Warm up (5’) Miming
- call a representative to stand in front of the class
and show him/her names of some jobs (teacher/
doctor/ farmer)
- ask him/her to describe the job without saying any
words. The others look at their friend and guess
the names of the jobs

Where does he work?
What does he usually do in his day?
