SUMMARY
To study 78 subarachnoid haemorrhage patients who were treated at the neurology department
of Thanh Nhan hospital from July, 2008 toJune, 2009. Subarachnoid haemorrhage make up 4,5%
of total stroke cases. There are some clinical characteristic of subarachnoid haemorrhage: 100%
meningeal syndrome 52,6% consciousness disorder, 41% sphincter disorder, 39,7% hypertension
34,6% hemiplegia, 33,3% cranial nerve paralyses, 14,1% sensation disorder.
12,8 % convulsion . In cranial-cerebral CT scanner imaging and MS CT imaging: the rate
of typical image of subarachnoid haemorrhage is 85,9%, about 85,2% arterial aneurism, 3,7%
Thanh Nhàn.
