from a philosophical perspective on this issue, to grasp the principles of reasoning
with practice; look at analyzing things in the whole. To do that, the thesis will have
to apply the knowledge from the adjacent specialties in research. On the basis of
such approach and implementation, the thesis must definitely conduct surveys,
analyze and clarify the content of viewpoints of V.I.Lenin on the democratic central
and the application of this view of the Vietnam Communist Party from changing
period until now, pointing out the problems that we are currently facing, and
suggesting useful solutions to fundamentally solve those problems.

2.1.3. The centralized and democratic point of view is reflected in
V.I.Lenin's thought of the new proletariat

3.2. The successes of our Party in applying the views of V.I.Lenin on the

central regime

CHAPTER 4
SOME SOLUTIONS TO IMPROVE EFFECTIVENESS OF APPLICATION
VIEWPOINT OF V.I.LENIN ON DEMOCRATIC CENTRAL REGIME
Many authors explain and suggest many construction solutions, however, we
should focus on two main groups: awareness and application.
4.1. Group of solutions related to awareness of democratic centralism
4.1.1. Correct awareness of regimes and principles of democratic

Solutions to improve the effectiveness of building V.I. Lenin's viewpoints on

As a scientific research project, derived from the above scientific and
revolutionary stance, the thesis that we implemented achieved some basic results as
follows:
1. The dissertation carried out the scientific basis of the viewpoints of
V.I.Lenin on the democratic central regime. Here, the thesis pointed out the process
of Lenin inheriting this thought in C. Mac and Ph. Angghen, and at the same time
completing his viewpoints on democratic central regime as a principle of
organization and operation. Action of the official party of the working class. The
core points of V.I.Lenin's viewpoints on democratic central are the basis and
valuable experience for later Marxist Workers' Party to study and apply in the
process of establishment, construction and operation.
2. The thesis pointed out the inheritance and application of viewpoints on the

thesis has portrayed the successes as well as the limitations that our Party has drawn
valuable lessons learned from the reality of the country's leadership. Thereby, the
thesis has contributed to providing scientific arguments stemming from practical
summation to affirm the democratic central regime that our Party chosen is a correct
and scientific principle. However, in the new context, awareness and
implementation of this regime need to have appropriate supplements. Practical
